Credit Specialist Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Position Highlights: Collaborative team environment with supportive leadership Hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week High-visibility role interacting with customers and internal stakeholders Stable company with opportunities for professional growth and advancement Strong benefits package, including generous PTO and paid holidays Fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities Key Responsibilities for the Credit Specialist: Review and evaluate customer credit applications and establish credit limits Monitor customer accounts and assess credit risk Manage collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate customer account records and credit files Analyze aging reports and recommend collection strategies Partner with sales and customer service teams to address account concerns Assist with cash applications, account reconciliations, and reporting as needed Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies Qualifications for the Credit Specialist: 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions Strong understanding of credit and collection best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
