Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Specialty - Cincinnati N, OH

Position Summary Drive demand for BMS medicines in assigned territory for appropriate patients through differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) and deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label. Build/maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), physicians/HCPs, and other stakeholders; field-based with substantial time with external customers. Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs timely and scientifically; prioritize safe and appropriate product use and business results. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets compliantly. Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale. Maintain/grow scientific expertise; prepare territory/account plans. Use SOPHIA for insights and dynamic call planning; provide feedback to leadership. Scientific Dialogue Use approved resources/publications; ensure medical accuracy. Conduct in-office presentations and discussions consistent with label. Organize external speaker programs (Speakers Bureau-approved) and manage scheduling/logistics. Stay current on emerging data; use Medical on Call for unsolicited/complex inquiries. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with other field teams; share insights internally. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately. Proven credibility-building and customer-centric Cx mindset. Cardiovascular experience preferred. Account management + selling competencies with track record of meeting/exceeding goals. Cross-functional effectiveness; strong selling/promotional skills.
