What You'll Do
* Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
* Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
* Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
* Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience
What We're Looking For
Relevant backgrounds may include: PCT, CPCT, or NCPCT.
* 3+ years of current patient care technician experience or 1+ year of PCT course instructor experience
* Active RN, LPN/LVN, CPCT/A (NHA), PCT (AMT), and/or NCPCT (NCCT) certification required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
* Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening
