OT Security Engineer

Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in cybersecurity, networking, electrical or computer engineering, or computer science.
• We are seeking 0 to 2 years of experience with machine control networks or industrial control systems, along with a basic understanding of communication networks and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• We value knowledge of industrial cybersecurity.
• We need strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with customers and internal project teams.
• We look for business acumen in a technical environment.

• We develop, implement, and maintain procedures, standards, and controls that reduce the risk and impact of cyber incidents in our manufacturing environment.
• We set operational technology standards for new equipment, integrate equipment into our operational technology network, confirm vulnerabilities, complete risk assessments, and ensure asset management visibility.
• We support the creation, administration, and upkeep of operational technology training materials.
• We create, issue, maintain, and audit operational technology policies and procedures.
• We define and implement technical standards for physical and logical access control at the equipment and system level.
• We support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of technical standards for operational technology equipment and networks.
• We establish operational technology risk metrics and assessments, perform risk evaluations, and build tools for reporting and visibility.
• We research industry benchmarks and recommend adjustments to our tools and practices to stay aligned with technical and business operational technology security standards.
