Field Nurse Case Manager
Paradigm
Paradigm is seeking a full-time Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Charlotte and surrounding communities. This field/home-based role involves travel to doctors' offices, hospitals, and other locations, with appointments up to 2 hours one-way. You will manage medical casework for workers' compensation, coordinating care among insurers, providers, attorneys, employers, and employees.
