Team MemberElectric Cleaner CompanyLocation: 50913 Elevator St. Osseo, WI 54758Type: Full-Time Salaried.Salary: $35,400 - $41,600 total compensation, based on experience and fit.Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Thursday OR 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are looking for a dynamic person to help us with our continued growth and success.Job Summary:Team Members is an entry level position that does not require any prior training. All jobs, processes, task expectations will be very clear and training will be provided on site from one of our two floor Leads. Person must have a positive mindset, be consistent, pay high attention to our quality standards and enjoy working with great co-workers. Our model is to work smarter not harder and any improvements are welcome from our entire team at any time. Our internal cross training program allows any worker within our organization a path to rapid pay increases based on merit and performance.Tasks and Responsibilities:Light wiring of harnesses.Assemble of dryer and blower products.Packaging and labeling products.Fetching back stock and positioning it on the floor.Running a pallet jack or an e-jack lift.Take guidance and training from our floor Leads.Other jobs and training as directed by our floor Leads.Qualifications:No prior training or experience required.Able to lift 35 lbs.Mechanical knowhow for basic operating/maintaining of factory equipment or an ability to learn these tasks is a plus.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are a plus.Background, LEAN background a plus.Small welding is a plus.Willingness to learn required.Strong desire to win required.Benefits:Highly Competitive Pay 90th percentile in Wisconsin for light manufacturing.Up to seven weeks' vacation based on tenure and carry over rules.Flexible PTO.End of Year Profit Sharing.Simple IRA, Similar to 401(k).Open door to board and decision makers allowing for quick reaction to needs or ideas.All major holidays are off.
