Physical Therapist

Location: Lowell, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering outstanding patient care, possesses excellent clinical judgment, and enjoys working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.

• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.

• Ensure a safe, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.

• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and continuing education.

QualificationsRequired

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Strong clinical knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical patients.

• Home health or home care experience is a plus.

• CPR and First Aid Certification.

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
