Oura is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team, responsible for designing best-in-class eCommerce B2B experiences to support our commercial relationships. This person will work with multiple stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data.What You Will Do:UX design for B2B web products and new systems that facilitate the sales and management of bulk Oura Ring orders and companion servicesArchitect scalable, customizable landing page templates that allow for rapid deployment of client-specific branding and messaging.Empower customers to independently manage their orders, billing, payments, and membership statuses through a self-service interface.Design flexible, branded checkout flows that support complex features like split-tender payments, subsidies, and customizable messaging.Design and govern a centralized promotions and partnership-enabled platformOwn the UX design and enhancements for our B2B microsite “For Organizations”Create UI design solutions that scale for international expansionGain a strong understanding and empathy for Oura’s enterprise customers across diverse sectors such as healthcare, military, partnerships, and researchCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web designRecommend UX/UI improvements by processing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting user research, and partnering with cross-functional teamsWork closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders (both internal and external) to create and iterate on scalable featuresCollaborate and share feedback with Oura’s creative and product design teams to maintain UX and brand consistencyThis is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston.What you'll bring:5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer, with time spent building eCommerce platforms, SaaS, or dashboard toolsExcellent use of Figma ecosystem, and competent in gAI tools like Gemini, Loveable, Claude.Experience creating solutions for enterprise/B2B space, including invoicing, and global payment methodsA portfolio showcasing high quality, thoughtful UI and UX workA strong understanding of design systems, UI patterns, and responsive web principlesFinds and solves strategic business and customer improvements based on analytics and researchExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines on a distributed teamThe ability to manage multiple features or epics, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience owning and driving user research activitiesSupports squad leaders to plan and structure sprintsIntermediate prototyping skills to communicate ideasBenefitsAt Ōura, we care about you and your well-being.
