Production Assembly – 2nd ShiftStarting Pay: $18.00/hourDeco Products, founded in 1960 in Decorah, is the largest stand-alone dedicated zinc die caster in North America. Our products serve industries including office furniture, window and door components, commercial vehicles, RVs, HVAC, electrical, and janitorial equipment.Position Summary:Assemble parts and perform secondary operations on purchased and die-cast components while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.Key Responsibilities:Follow work instructions and operate assembly equipmentMeet production and quality standardsMaintain clean, safe work areasAdjust to changing job assignments and overtime as neededQualifications:Ability to read instructions and work with strong attention to detailGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequentlyMust be 18+ and able to work full-time hoursMon thru Thurs 3 PM to 11 PM FRI: 12 PM to 8 PM OR 3 PM to 8 PM 40 Hours or 37 Hour Work Week
