We are committed to creating an environment where clinicians feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.About YouWe're looking for a clinician who is passionate about patient care and excited about developing people and building strong teams.QualificationsPhysician Assistant: Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PA program and current national certification.Nurse Practitioner: Current RN and NP licensure and national certification.Minimum 2 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a similar clinical setting.Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.Active and unrestricted California medical license.BLS certification.Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate effectively across clinical and operational teams.Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and a positive patient experience.Additional RequirementsDOT certification must be obtained prior to your start date.
