Position: Security Specialist

As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. Your main duties will include conducting security assessments, implementing security protocols and procedures, and providing training and guidance to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities

- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and protect assets

- Monitor security systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents

- Conduct regular security audits and make recommendations for improvements

- Provide training and guidance to clients and staff on security procedures and best practices

- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends to continuously improve our services

- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to security across the organization

- Maintain accurate records and reports of all security incidents and activities

- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Experience with security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed

- Valid security license and/or certifications are a plus
