Rehab Referral & Care Liaison

Hutchinson Regional Heath Care System

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Liaison for Rehabilitation to build relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to promote referrals and ensure access to inpatient rehabilitation care.

You will collaborate with care teams, verify insurance, educate patients and families, and document care steps to support positive patient outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey.
