The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.About the Team:The Logistics & Sourcing Solutions Business Partner plays a key role in solving the daily transactionalneeds of SCommerce by ensuring smooth coordination between logistics execution and sourcing activities.This role covers midmile execution, packaging inventory planning, reverse logistics (liquidations), andexploratory sourcing across multiple categories including packaging, assets, MHE, workforce, and trucking.It requires strong vendor networks, operational knowledge, and the ability to work seamlessly across teamsto deliver effective solutions.Job Description:Midmile & Logistics Coordination: Oversee domestic transfers, linehaul transactions, and delivery schedules.Inventory Management: Plan and monitor packaging inventory to ensure availability and cost efficiency.Reverse Logistics: Lead liquidation initiatives for returned or excess goods, maximizing recovery value.Exploratory Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across multiple categories to meetoperational requirements.Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure service qualityand compliance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Workforce, WH Operations, Finance, Assets,Trucking, Packaging, and other teams to align sourcing and logistics activities with business needs.Data-Driven Decisions: Use Google Sheets, Excel, and analytics to track performance and supportoperational improvements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.Knowledgeable in warehousing, e-commerce operations, and domestic trucking.Strong vendor network and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and data analytics.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Able to influence internal and external stakeholders.Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
