Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial landscape maintenance and installation opportunities, cultivating relationships with property managers, developers, and other commercial decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, scheduling and leading client meetings, preparing proposals and estimates, collaborating with operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also involves attending industry events, participating in networking activities, and providing regular performance updates to leadership to support revenue growth and long-term customer retention. Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage commercial property stakeholders. Knowledge of commercial landscaping services such as maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and turf/plant health care (or related outdoor services). Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines. Comfort with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and standard office software for tracking activities and creating proposals. Prior experience in B2B services, construction, landscaping, or property management sales is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within Huntsville and North Alabama for client visits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
