We are seeking one part-time nurse for weekends to provide exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, respectful environment.All nursing staff are expected to orient to and support both Health Care and Assisted Living areas as needed. By working together across departments, we strengthen resident care, support one another, and continue to grow as a unified team.

Position Details

• Schedule: Weekend Clinical

Pay Rates

• LPN: $31.21 – $35.45 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($46.82-$53.18) + shift differential
• RN: $35.80 – $40.66 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($53.70-$60.99) + shift differential

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana
• Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care
