Job Purpose The Account Executive / Design Consultant is responsible for driving new business, growing existing customer relationships, and creating innovative plant and design solutions that transform spaces into environments where people thrive. This role serves as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals, recommending customized solutions, and delivering a Remarkable Service experience from the initial conversation through project completion.Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is:

- Comfortable using CRM systems, technology, AI tools, and mobile applications to manage customer relationships
- Possesses a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and is comfortable traveling throughout their assigned territory

- Collaborate seamlessly with Operations to ensure flawless project execution
- Follow through on commitments and communicate proactively throughout every project
