Business Development Representative

- Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Identify customer needs and introduce TW solutions
- Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability
- Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives
- Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking
- Continuously follow up to advance deals through pipeline
- 0-6 Weeks: Training + initial prospecting
- 6-12 Months: Independent selling + support larger deals
- 6 Weeks-6 Months: Pipeline build + close small deals
Requirements
- 1-3 years in B2B sales or customer-facing role
- Strong prospecting and communication skills
- Organized with strong follow-through
- CRM experience required
- Ability to build rapport with decision-makers
- Material handling/industrial experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary Description
Salary Range is $70,000 to $80,000 + Commission
