Job Summary (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Sales Producer to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, providing expert insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products tailored to each customer’s unique situation
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure optimal solutions for clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and guiding clients through the claims process when necessary
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other industry-specific privacy standards during all client interactions

Qualifications

• Georgia valid license as a Sales Producer in the relevant insurance lines (e.g., property, casualty, life, and health)
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics
• Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and customer service principles
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
