Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading eCommerce brand specializing in indoor air quality and filtration solutions, helping consumers create cleaner, healthier living environments. As a growing DTC business, they're investing heavily in digital marketing, performance creative, and customer acquisition to continue scaling their brand.

ROLE:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own day-to-day Meta advertising, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition. This is a hands-on media buying role, not an agency oversight position. You'll work directly in Meta Ads Manager, launching campaigns, testing creative, managing budgets, and identifying what's driving results. You'll collaborate closely with the content team to turn performance insights into better-performing ads, with opportunities to expand into paid search, YouTube, and TV advertising.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own day-to-day Meta advertising, including campaign setup, creative launches, budget management, and optimization. Build, launch, and scale high-performing paid social campaigns while identifying and cutting underperforming ads. Analyze creative performance to understand what's working, what's not, and why. Partner with the content team to provide actionable insights that inform new ad concepts, messaging, and creative testing. Identify trends across audiences, placements, and creative performance to improve results. Manage creative testing schedules, campaign reporting, and performance tracking. Support paid search campaigns for new product launches. Gain exposure to YouTube and TV advertising, learning how these channels contribute to overall marketing performance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2–4 years of hands-on paid social advertising experience, primarily within Meta Ads Manager. Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands. Strong understanding of Meta campaign structure, budget management, audience targeting, and creative testing. Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify winning creative, and make data-driven optimization decisions. Comfortable building campaigns, publishing ads, managing ad sets, and pulling performance reports independently. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and testing schedules. Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn additional advertising channels, including Google, YouTube, and TV.

COMPENSATION:
