An integrative medical clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous medical receptionist experience is required.
- Cover letter is required — applications without a cover letter will not be reviewed.
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating professionally with patients.
- Experience using an EHR/EMR system.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional, positive attitude and excellent customer service.
- Comfortable handling payments and basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions.
- Schedule appointments and manage the provider calendar.
- Check patients in and out.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Process payments.
- Communicate with patients and the healthcare team.
- Keep the front desk and reception area organized.
