Huskey Building Supply is hiring an Install / Service Dispatcher to keep our projects running smoothly across Middle Tennessee. If you're organized, quick-thinking, and enjoy solving problems while helping customers, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do as an Install / Service Dispatcher:
- Schedule installations and service calls for crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate jobs based on materials, weather, and customer needs
- Communicate with customers, field teams, and project managers daily
- Keep projects on track by confirming job readiness and details
- Track job progress and help close out completed work
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Clear communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to stay calm and adjust in a fast-paced environment
- Basic comfort with computers and scheduling tools
- Dispatching, scheduling, or construction experience is a plus (not required)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
