Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

NICU Registered Nurse Level III NICU

Minimum 1 year of NICU Level III experience (Level IV experience preferred). Experience with patient ratios of 23 neonates. Valid compact or state RN license. Certifications: BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, line care, feeding tube management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and infection control.

Provide specialized care for neonates, including respiratory support and glucose management. Manage pre-/post-operative care for surgical and cardiac transfers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including NPs, pharmacy, and social services. Perform procedures such as umbilical artery/vein catheter insertion and central line management. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and isolation precautions. Monitor and respond to changes in neonatal health status.

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only). COVID-19 vaccine not required. Fingerprinting required immediately after booking.
