Our client is searching for a Corporate Associate with 2 to 8 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing control-oriented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of transactional matters.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least two years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm representing private equity sponsors.
