California Pizza Kitchen is looking for enthusiastic servers to join our team. Servers will provide friendly, attentive service in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience for guests. Work as part of a team while maintaining a fast‑paced, efficient workflow. Practice safe food handling procedures and be aware of food allergens, following company policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to successfully implement and support company goals. Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures. Obtain and maintain a state‑mandated beverage service certificate where applicable. Support company standards and help promote the CPK high 5 service culture. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a service or hospitality role is a plus. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
