Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist

Our client is seeking a specialist to support daily vehicle operations. The role involves triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues from vehicle operators, aiding software and hardware teams in prioritizing tasks. Shifts Available: AM Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM | PM Shift: 2:30PM - 10:30PM (PST) (Shifts are available 7 days a week) Responsibilities: Receive and perform first-level triage on issue reports. Troubleshoot to maintain vehicle operations. Escalate issues and support resolution. Maintain issue tickets and documentation. Report on fleet status and issue trends. Requirements: 2 years of technical experience or a technical degree. Experience in troubleshooting computer or hardware issues. Data entry skills. Detail-oriented. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Fleet Management Systems, Linux, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or autonomous vehicles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bayone
