Marketing Program Manager

Responsibilities Execute integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital, web, email, social, and print Translate campaign briefs into high-impact deliverables that align with strategic objectives and brand standards Own day-to-day campaign build and deployment, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency Partner closely with Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional teams to deliver cohesive programs Develop visually compelling and engaging marketing assets (presentations, digital content, infographics, video concepts) Apply strong design thinking to elevate storytelling and user experience across touchpoints Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign delivery Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaign deliverables with strong attention to timelines and detail Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or creative marketing roles Proven track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Proficiency in marketing automation and digital campaign tools Strong skills in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar) Experience using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., generative AI for content/design, campaign optimization tools) Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, UX, and content strategy Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling capabilities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in executing integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging strong design thinking and proficiency in creative tools to produce high-impact deliverables.
