We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their coverage options with confidence and care. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, whether you’re identifying gaps in coverage or guiding clients through life changes.

• First-year earnings: $60,000–$80,000

Responsibilities

• Make outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads
• Quote coverage accurately and professionally
• Ask for the sale and bind policies with confidence
• Follow up with clients for referrals and future needs
• Maintain a fun and focused approach to daily work

Requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Drive to make prospecting calls and hit sales targets
• Self-motivation and a proactive attitude toward improvement
• Ability to connect with clients and assess their insurance needs
• No license required to start; we’ll help guide you through licensing
