Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3+ years working in an electronics manufacturing environment with direct SMT or Juki machine experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to identify electronic components, read assembly drawings, and understand feeder sizes or pitches.
• Certifications: IPC-A-610 standards knowledge or certification is often preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light-to-moderate weights (10–30 lbs).
• Must be a US Citizen, Permanent US Resident, or currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship
• Post offer applicants must pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Run and monitor Juki SMT pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
• Setup and Changeovers: Load feeders with electronic parts using setup sheets, bills of materials (BOMs), and production documentation.
• Quality Control: Inspect assembled circuit boards for missing, crooked, or misaligned parts, and clear minor machine jams or alignment errors.
• Documentation: Complete batch logs, production records, and inventory verification accurately.
