Tu principal misión será administrar y gestionar el flujo de clientes en el Espacio Financiero, asegurando una atención ágil y efectiva a través de los distintos canales de atención y venta disponibles, en línea con las definiciones estratégicas de la compañía. Principales funciones: Atención y Recepción de Clientes : Recibir y abordar a los clientes que se acerquen al Espacio Financiero para gestiones de venta y post venta, asegurando una atención de calidad y una experiencia satisfactoria. Apoyo en Canales Digitales : Asistir a clientes que presenten dificultades en el uso de canales remotos. Gestión de Flujo y Turnos : Mantener alineación con el estatus de los ejecutivos, de forma presencial y en sistema, gestionando y ordenando las pausas del servicio. Atención Prioritaria : Velar por la correcta atención de clientes de tercera edad y personas con movilidad reducida. Gestión de Contingencias : Administrar situaciones de contingencia y resolver requerimientos básicos de post venta. Mejora Continua : Proponer mejoras a jefaturas de servicio y ejecutivos que contribuyan a optimizar la atención de clientes. Promoción Comercial : Comunicar y promover productos comerciales y otras iniciativas de valor agregado definidas por la compañía. Detalles del puesto: Horario: Lunes a Domingo, modalidad 5x2, de 10:00 a 20:00 hrs. Renta: Sueldo base más comisiones.
