- Compensation: $220,000 to $240,000 salary rangeCompensation is based on experience and is also determined to be aligned with the National Association of Community Health Centers. -Potential incentives also available
- Benefits: A physician, either a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), may be eligible for a DANY award for the period October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2028, to repay qualified educational debt or pay costs of establishing or joining a medical practice if certain requirements are met. These will be discussed directly with the health center. - 3 weeks PTO- Ample Sick time + 3 personal days- Paid holidays plus 4 floating holidays- Medical: Low employee contributions- Dental: 100% coverage for in-network semi-annual checkups- Vision: Annual exam & new glasses provided- CME: $1,500 allowance, plus 5 days- Gym membership reimbursement (health plan specific)- Wellness program - Paid leave- FSA: Medical & dependent- Paid malpractice through the FTCA- Student loan forgiveness - Tuition reimbursement- College savings plan
- Additional Info: As a healthcare provider within our organization, you will have the opportunity for professional development and expansion of clinical skills by providing care to underserved populations, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism spectrum disorders. - Add the development of a specialized skillset to your repertoire- Have access to superb mentorship and support from those trained to manage our patient population through various modalities - On-the-job training and job shadowing are provided before seeing the patient population independentlyQUALIFICATIONS:- Ideal candidates are mission-driven, seeking purposeful and meaningful work. - They may not have experience working with the IDD population, but they do have the desire to learn and positively impact people who may be overlooked or underserved. - BE/BC- NY State licensed
