Hospice of the Midwest in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a registered nurse to join our team as an RN Case Manager. You will provide patient-centered hospice care, develop care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, competitive salary range of USD 90,000–95,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightSpring Health Services
