Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Urology - Avon

Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive, dedicated RN to join our team in a fast‑paced, procedure‑heavy clinic. Procedures include vasectomies, orchiectomies, cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, administration of intravesical chemotherapy, and related tasks. While urology experience is preferred, it is not required. The candidate must anticipate patient and provider needs and be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including those seeking gender‑affirming procedures, sexual health issues, and cancer. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. No nights, weekends or holidays. Qualifications Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review. Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty. Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
