Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Position
Austin, TX | 2026–2027 School Year
Support Student Success Through Behavior Expertise
Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with a school district in the Austin area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity offers a structured schedule and the ability to make a direct impact on student outcomes.
Position OverviewAs a BCBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention strategies that support students with diverse needs. You'll collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create positive and effective learning environments.
Schedule & Setting- Monday–Friday school-based hours

- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Develop and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Provide training and support to school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
