As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first impression of our company and play a critical role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, and supporting daily office operations. Details: Full-Time Position Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-Person Position Opportunity for Advancement Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls promptly, professionally, and courteously. Schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize technician productivity and route efficiency. Collect accurate customer, appliance, and service information. Enter and maintain service records in Housecall Pro. Coordinate with technicians regarding job updates, route adjustments, and customer communications. Manage parts tracking, inventory updates, and parts-related customer communications. Process invoices and assist with payment collection activities. Monitor technician schedules and job status throughout the day. Follow up with customers regarding completed service and satisfaction. Communicate professionally through phone, email, SMS, and internal communication platforms. Assist with warranty claims, administrative tasks, and office support functions. Generate reports and maintain organized filing systems. Attend required training sessions, meetings, and company events. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Meet daily performance goals and customer satisfaction standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the service department. Job Requirements Include: High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Minimum age of 18 years old. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Reliable transportation to and from work.
