What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to outpatient patients in a family medicine setting
• Assess patient conditions, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
• Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop and execute care plans
• Document medical records accurately and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Support patient advocacy and ensure compassionate, respectful care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Current RN license in New Hampshire
• ACLS & BLS (AHA) certifications
• 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or primary care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in family medicine or outpatient clinics
• Additional certifications related to patient education or specific health conditions
