Regional Patient Recruitment Lead

To drive patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time salaried Regional Patient Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience while working remotely with occasional travel. Key responsibilities Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure exceptional patient experiences Monitor performance indicators and take targeted actions to address or prevent underperformance Required qualifications Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
