Position Customer Contract Administrator Location San Diego, CA Duration 7+ Months Hours per Week 40.00 Shift 1st Shift (M-F 7-4pm) Client Medical Devices Company Job Category Finance/Accounting Experience Level Entry Level Employment Type Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT) Job Description MMS Dispensing Committed Contract & Compliance Consultant Customer Contract Administration Responsibilities Interacting and proactively communicating with multiple MMS Dispensing teams Audit review of all components submitted as a complete contractual package. Executing complete contractual packages. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies and procedures, and purchase acquisition/marketing programs. Maintaining a working knowledge of US Antitrust laws, HIPAA laws, Sarbanes Oxley rules, Internal Audit procedures, and regulatory controls. Understanding both pre- and post-signature capital contracting processes, including acceptance and performance, product installation, billing/revenue management, leasing and purchasing, and asset management and their interrelations. Understanding capital equipment revenue recognition guidelines and accounting principles. Reviewing contracts for risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and ensuring pre-execution requirements are met, and the ability to elevate when necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may substitute for educational requirement). 1-3 years of general contract experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Customer Relationship Management software (e.g., MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SAP). Strong organizational skills (must be highly organized and detail-oriented). Excellent communication skills, including exemplary customer service practices. Ability to communicate successfully at all business levels. Ability to manage complex tasks and make independent recommendations. General understanding of a commercial contracting process, including contract strategy development, pricing, billing, invoicing, product technology, quoting, and policy development.
