The position is geared toward an entry level professional with two to three years of experience.Job Duties:Audit work orders to ensure production is accurately reported, investigate discrepancies, and work with Operations to resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.Provide support to Operations and Shipping, including labels, shipping documentation, and other administrative and operational support as required.Monitors all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, report any discrepancies to the plant manager timelyAnalyzes work orders, MOQ, etc to ensure that the company is maximizing marginsPrepares financial reports and charts daily / weekly as requestedAnalyzes data, summarizes information, and identifies trendsResponsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects as assigned by managementProvides timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the plant's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic planAssists Plant Manager to identify non-value-added processes within the plant and seeks solutionsMaintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitionsApproves timecards, makes edits as needed, and answers payroll related questionsMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurementContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededEnsures safety of employees and that all company policies are adhered toAssist plant manager with EH&S activitiesOrders office and manufacturing supplies and maintains Kanban system for critical suppliesJob Qualifications:• Associate's degree preferred• Three to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment• Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills• Must possess good problem-solving skills• Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing• Proficient in Microsoft Office• ADP Workforce Now experience, a plus• Willingness to work as team member or independentlyTranscendia is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all candidates for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
