Construction Administrator

$22 - $25 per hour

Priority Personnel is hiring a Construction Administrator for an electrical contracting company located in San Marcos, TX. This is a highly visible role that keeps projects organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, field crews, and clients on important water/wastewater electrical installations. Pay rate: $22.00-25.00/hour Work Schedule: Monday-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm Job Duties: Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-builts Track and maintain project schedules and correspondence Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance documentation Support project closeout and O&M manual preparation Maintain organized digital and physical project files Help prepare weekly/monthly reports for clients and internal leadership Required: 2+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience (electrical, water/wastewater, or heavy civil preferred) Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Apply online at prioritypersonnel.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
