This individual will oversee enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP optimization, data strategy, AI enablement, and digital innovation initiatives globally.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can connect technology to business outcomes while building high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Digital TransformationDevelop and execute enterprise IT and digital strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectivesLead company-wide digital transformation initiatives focused on productivity, operational efficiency, and innovationIdentify and implement automation, AI, and digital tools that deliver measurable business impact and ROIProvide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, digital trends, and competitive positioningData, Analytics & InsightsOwn and execute the enterprise data strategy, including governance, architecture, and data quality standardsEstablish scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics, AI, and real-time decision-makingPartner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights that improve operational and financial performanceDefine and track KPIs that measure IT effectiveness, adoption, productivity gains, and business valueIT Operations & InfrastructureOversee enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and support operations across all locationsEnsure system reliability, scalability, performance, and service delivery excellenceSupport ERP and manufacturing systems integration and optimization initiativesEstablish governance frameworks for project prioritization, intake, and resource allocationCybersecurity & Risk ManagementLead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and business continuity planningEnsure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISOOversee incident response planning, data protection initiatives, and security maturity improvementsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop IT team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementDrive organizational change management and adoption of new technologies and business processesFoster innovation and improve the employee digital experience across the organizationProject, Vendor & Financial ManagementOversee IT project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budgetManage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers to optimize performance and costDevelop and manage IT budgets while ensuring strategic investment and operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of IT leadership experience within a mid-sized organizationExperience supporting and optimizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (Oracle EBS or SAP preferred)Experience managing multi-site or global IT operationsProven success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiativesStrong background in cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk managementExperience leading enterprise AI initiatives and implementing emerging technologiesProficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsExperience managing offshore or nearshore IT resources and vendor ecosystems preferredAdditional InformationTravel required as needed to support multiple sites and strategic initiativesDesired Qualities/AttributesStrategic thinker with a strong execution focusBusiness-oriented leader who understands how technology drives operational and financial performanceStrong communicator capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiencesInnovative and adaptable change agent passionate about continuous improvementCollaborative leader committed to developing high-performing teams
