Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing corrective measures proactively. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Lead project meetings and provide detailed updates to stakeholders and senior management. Utilize advanced design-build methodologies to optimize project outcomes and efficiency. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their professional growth and performance. Identify and implement process improvements to elevate project management practices. Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred. Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects across industrial, manufacturing, and educational sectors. Strong knowledge of design-build processes and in-house fabrication capabilities. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and dynamic office environment.
