Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to handle critical situations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival and prioritize care accordingly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly using Epic charting system.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, certifications, and travel regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse with current state or compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience, with travel experience preferred.
• Possess ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate ability to handle high-pressure emergency situations effectively.
• Be available for night shifts (4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00).
• Able to complete onboarding modules onsite during orientation within 48 hours of contract signing.
