Senior Accountant

We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to support multi-entity construction company. This is a highly visible role responsible for month-end close, account reconciliations, cash management, intercompany accounting, and full-cycle accounts receivable oversight. What You’ll Do Lead bank reconciliations, cash activity, and treasury-related accounting Prepare journal entries and support month-end close and financial reporting Manage the full accounts receivable process, including billing, cash application, collections, and aging analysis Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules Handle intercompany transactions across multiple entities Support job cost accounting and project-related financial activities Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements Partner with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong cash flow management What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of accounting experience Construction, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting Experience managing accounts receivable, billing, and collections Advanced Excel skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Vista Viewpoint software experience (non-negotiable) Why Consider This Opportunity?
