The company has spent decades delivering complex steel fabrication projects for major infrastructure clients across the U.S. Now, they're looking for someone who can build relationships, identify new opportunities, and help expand their presence across the Northeast and beyond.

You'll be working directly with contractors, DOTs, engineers, and heavy civil clients, representing a business known for delivering large-scale bridge and infrastructure projects. From industry events and pre-bid meetings to strategic business development, you'll play a key role in helping secure future work and strengthen existing partnerships.

Success in this role isn't measured by cold calls alone. It's measured by the relationships you build, the opportunities you uncover, and the impact you have on the company's continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, DOTs, design firms, and heavy civil clients

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bridge and heavy fabrication market

• Maintain and expand existing customer accounts across the assigned territory

• Attend pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, and industry events

• Prepare and deliver presentations outlining company capabilities and solutions

• Work closely with estimating, operations, and internal teams to support project pursuits

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments

• Support strategic sales initiatives aimed at growing market share and profitability

What We're Looking For

• Experience in structural steel, bridge fabrication, or heavy civil construction

• Sales or business development experience

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to travel throughout the territory

• Understanding of infrastructure projects and heavy fabrication processes
