Compensation starting at $21/hr Schedule: 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri Location: 7651 Esters Blvd Suite 200, Irving, TX Key Responsibilities: As a CSR I, you will: * Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly. * Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs. * Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations. * Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.
