Clinical Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy in a patient-centered, hybrid practice. In this role, you will deliver individual, group, and family therapy via both telehealth and in-office visits, focusing on accurate diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, and measurable symptom improvement. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, document in an EHR, and uphold the highest ethical standards. Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and formulate treatment plans Deliver care via both telehealth and in-office sessions Monitor patient progress using outcome measures and adjust care plans Document services and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in the EHR Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other clinicians Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality initiatives Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all clinical work Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Risk assessment and crisis intervention Treatment planning and documentation Use of EHR systems Telehealth service delivery Outcome measurement and progress monitoring Interdisciplinary collaboration Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice Cultural competence in mental healthcare Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision InsuranceLife Insurance 401k Active Clinical Psychologist license (state-specific) Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from accredited program Supervision eligibility/experience preferred Experience with telehealth platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Chapter 13 Trustee Middle District of Alabama
