Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Brandon, 33511 – Hybrid
Training onsite is required, then fully remote
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job description:
- Coordinate property maintenance services by dispatching vendors and managing work from assignment through completion.
- Communicate with vendors regarding job requirements, timelines, quality standards, pricing, and bid negotiations.
- Respond to client, broker, and agent inquiries regarding services, billing, project timelines, and job status.
- Review photographs of active and completed work to verify quality, completion, and compliance with client requirements.
- Track multiple service requests using internal systems and Microsoft Office, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining consistent follow-up with clients and vendors.
Requirements:
- (1) year of office experience required
- Employer will perform computer proficiency testing
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
