Onboarding & Operational Coordination

Direct client onboarding frameworks and processes

Align expectations, deliverables, and timelines across teams

Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Support workflow optimization and operational clarity

Financial & Revenue Operations

Oversee invoicing, payment coordination, and revenue tracking

Lead collection strategies and payment follow-ups with professionalism and diplomacy

Maintain financial communication integrity with clients

Collaborate with accounts/finance functions as required

Brand, Marketing & Communications

Drive brand messaging and external communication consistency

Lead social media content direction and engagement initiatives

Oversee creation of company assets, sales materials, and presentation collateral

Support positioning, visibility, and growth-oriented marketing efforts
