Sales Associate Point S Tire & Auto Service has served the Taos community for over 30 years. We are looking for individuals who are ready to start or continue an automotive career. Requirements Successfully complete the Point S training program within the first 90 days to execute the Point S selling process. Must possess the ability to use computers/POS systems. Communicate effectively and establish lasting customer relationships. Plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards. Valid Driver’s license. Punctual and dependable. Desired Skills Friendly and helpful attitude. Organized and efficient. Keep up to date on market trends. Compensation $35,000-$45,000 d.o.e salary as well as monthly manufacturer SPIFF bonus promotions. Our benefits include holiday pay after probation period and paid PTO after one year of continuous employment. We also offer 100% employer‑funded dental insurance.
