Facilities Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with office moves, Inventory monitoring and order support.
- Someone who is professional in demeanor, customer service skills, previous facilities experience, strong communications skills, both verbal and written, organized would be successful in this role.
- There will be lifting, walking, standing, and kneeling/squatting. Use of basic hand tools.
- This is a managed service environment, but the contingent worker will be working for Ricoh in our clients' offices.
- Parking passes are issued by the client (parking will be validated by the client until issuance of the parking pass). ??????
Skills:
- PC Literate. Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Drivers’ License required.
